To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Chief of Staff / Executive Management Lead to provide a blend of strategic and operational support to our CEO and the wider leadership team.
Reporting to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the company, partnering to plan and implement ImFusion’s evolving vision and strategy. In this diverse role, you will create leverage for the CEO and wider-leadership team, drive and implement key strategic initiatives, and align cross-functional priorities across the organisation.

What you’ll do
- Work with the CEO on strategic priorities of the company including organisational design, competitive positioning and commercial strategy.
- Specifically, play the role of Organisational Design Project Lead to drive the successful implementation phase of a circle structure across ImFusion. Reporting to the overall Project Sponsor and accountable to the wider leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing a flexible organisational structure, and more specifically:
- Document the agreements about the circle design and governance as the final single source of truth; amend the formal documentation as learnings take place and the structure evolves.
- Review the ways of working agreed upon in practice, in order to achieve consistent OKRs being available for each circle.
- Ensure career pathing parity for employees, reviewing that role size, skill levelling and compensation is within broad equal bandings; flagging any exceptions for review by the Management Board.
- Make sure time allocation processes and systems are working and being followed.
- Achieve smooth flow of talent, encouraging availability of scarce skills across circles, encouraging upskilling, prevention of talent hoarding.
- Ensure the embedding of the new circle structure into existing processes (e.g. talent acquisition, performance management etc.).
- Conduct a review of skills repository / taxonomy solutions, to determine which can further underpin a more automated experience.
- Lead the ongoing communication efforts in the roll-out of a circle structure. Promoting team integration, as well as cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Manage and lead additional special projects for the leadership team.
- Ensure great communication between the leadership team and the wider company, to ensure alignment and support is given where necessary.
- Establish joined-up objectives/KPIs/OKRs and processes to support the company to scale effectively across multiple locations.
- Proactively follow up with the leadership team with diplomacy if and when goals and actions are not being achieved and collaborate on actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Provide analysis, recommendations, and options to the CEO regarding high impact decisions, as well as assessing risk when business decisions are made.
- Prompt, organize, facilitate and prepare for key leadership team meetings, including regular strategic off-sites.
- Design and establish business processes in line with strategic priorities and to enable scaling.
- Draft communications and company wide presentations on behalf of the leadership team.
